One Fabulous AESOP Leader!

What up bobkittens!!! And a shout out to those lucky enough to be going on Connecticut Lakes II with me and O'Grady O'Hogan in just a few weeks- it's gunna be wild!! I'm getting super amped for AESOP as I sit here in sunny St. Louis, Missouri. Yes ma'am I am enjoying my first time in the midwest doing some crazy developmental biology research at Washington University (which is not in Washington like I thought originally, it's in Missouri. Go figure). I'm really getting in touch with my inner nerd as I spend my summer in a lab studying gene expression in zebrafish embryos- it's nerdtastic, I'm lovin it. I've also been having a grand ole time exploring St. Louie; it's a very cool city, with lots of free stuff to see like concerts, musicals, Cardinals baseball games and a ZOO!! That's right, a free zoo. I'm becoming a regular at the elephant exhibit. Additionally, St. Louis has mastered the art of frozen custard- it's like ice cream, except better! For real though, it's worth coming to St. Louis just for the custard.
The city life is fun, but I CANNOT WAIT to get out in the wilderness with you guys. Being on a different college campus for the summer has given me a whole new appreciation for Bates and Maine- you've got some epic adventures comin your way, so get pumped!!
